Repetitive Strains including Tennis and Golfers Elbow

The elbow is relatively a stable joint. It is made up of bone, cartilage, ligaments and fluid. Muscles and tendons attach to the bone and help the elbow joint move. When any of these structures is hurt or diseased as a result of overuse or repetitive motion at work, for example a desk bound job, people often experience pain and inflammation around the elbow joint. This may or may not be associated with muscles weakness.
Whether you are experiencing elbow lateral or medial epicondylitis from playing tennis or golf, or from overuse as a result of repetitive motion in your desk bound job or simply “wear and tear” we might be able to help.
